The database we are proposing is intended to allow the facility to more easily comply with state expectations, and eliminate state write-ups against the facility for lack of information, ease and availability of information, and overall use of the information. The database will replace the current filing system in place and allow for readily accessible reports to be drawn from the information such as an allergy report, medication report, emergency contact report, name and photo ID report, and food plan report. This information is state mandated and is analyzed at minimum once a month.
Funds raised through The Ride For Roswell support the cutting-edge research and patient care programs that benefit the 31,000 patients who turn to Roswell Park for hope. Donations are further used to improve the patient and family experience, support new clinical treatments and procedures and educate the next generation of cancer scientists and clinicians.
